Objective

Plan and execute systems to support events that engage participants in wellbeing activities. Foster a sense of connection.

Tasks

  • Organize events and systems to help manage logistics
  • Design initiatives based on feedback and needs identified by the Talk Story and Task Force.
  • Facilitate post-event feedback and networking opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to event facilitators.

Subcommittee Team Member Qualifications

  • Experience in design and implementation initiatives
  • Experience with events such as family reunions, department parties, etc.
  • Able to create modifiable, user friendly templates for activities and events
  • Has gathered and incorporated feedback from stakeholders.
