New Faculty Orientation: Designed to acquaint new faculty members with resources and options available on the UH Manoa Campus. Happens semi-annually.
Obtain your Faculty/Staff UH ID: All new/incoming UH Manoa faculty and staff members receive a UH Manoa ID card (aka Manoa One Card).
Obtain your JABSOM ID: Faculty, staff, and students can obtain a JABSOM ID for on-campus access. Requires UH login.

Required University Trainings

Title IX Training (Preventing Harrassment & Discrimination)
- Must be taken within 30 days of hire
- Responsible employees (HR & Faculty) must take this training every 2 years.
- Please note: new Title IX regulations became effective August 1, 2024 and the training requirements are subject to change.
Workplace Non-Violence Training (Code of Conduct)
- Complete within 30 days of hire
State Ethics Training via Saba Learning Management System
- All university employees except for Graduate Assistants and SECE students assistants need to complete State Ethics training every 4 years
