The ʻImi Hoʻōla Program Enhancement Fund at UH Foundation provides flexible resources for the Director to invest in areas important to the program’s success. Monies from this fund are frequently used to provide items for which there would otherwise be no funding. Items like:

  • Supplies for ʻImi Hoʻōla courses and the Kalaupapa Service Learning Project
  • Food and lei for students and guests at the Open House and Completion Ceremony
  • Student conference fees
  • Cultural protocol items for welcoming special guests, guest speakers, and potential ʻImi Hoʻōla community collaborators
  • Refreshments for pathway initiatives and recruitment events
Mahalo to the Queen’s Health Systems and UH Foundation community donors for their longstanding support of our ʻImi Hoʻōla students and graduates.
