The Hawaiʻi HOME Project has several things coming up that you can contribute to.
1) Mother's Day Project
We have started our annual Mother's Day Project for our houseless kiddos! We will be collecting and packaging a variety of beauty & self-care items so that our houseless keiki can give their moms a gift on Mother's Day. Please bring in any NEW gift-quality perfumes, lotions, toiletry items, skin care products, or cosmetics and drop them off in our donation bin in the MEB lobby, anytime prior to April 25.
We will be packaging the Mother's Day gifts on Sunday, April 27 from 11:00am-3:00pm at the medical school in room 314. If you would like to help put these together, please sign-up here: https://go.hawaii.edu/qN8
2) Spring cleaning
This is a great time for you to do some Spring cleaning - and we have the perfect place for you to bring your unwanted items. We are collecting new and gently used items for our Spring White Elephant and Bake Sale on May 7. Please drop off your items in the bins located in the MEB lobby anytime until the day of the sale.
3) HOME Project Spring White Elephant and Bake Sale
The annual event will be held on Wednesday, May 7 in the JABSOM MEB lobby, from 7:00am-2:00pm. Come and get some yummy sweet and savory treats and also shop for some bargains! We will also be selling our Eden in Love Collab items. Donations of treats are definitely appreciated and can be dropped off at the Bake Sale table anytime after 7:00 am.
