General collective qualifications to join any subcommittee include a willingness to collaborate with others to test and develop ideas, and openness to learn Design Thinking. Design Thinking is an approach to problem-solving that focuses on understanding people and coming up with creative ideas in order to test them out to find the best solution.

Drive for meaning and value added enhancements. Systematically collect and analyze data to assess the outcomes or results of programs, projects, or interventions. General Collective Qualifications of the Subcommittee Members:

  • Experience in program and impact assessment
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Use of key performance indicators to communicate broadly
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Able to communicate clearly

Develop and design educational content and materials. General Collective Qualifications of the Subcommittee Members:

  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design
  • Model reflection, self-compassion and growth mindset
  • Has gathered and incorporated feedback from stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualification: Familiar with practices related reflection, self-compassion, and growth mindset

Promote an inclusive environment by raising awareness, advocating for change, and implementing measures to empower individuals to prioritize their mental wellbeing within the organization and community. General Collective Qualifications of the Subcommittee Members:
  • Experience in raising awareness and advocating for mental health
  • Experience in promoting campaigns and events aimed at reducing stigma and encourage help seeking behaviors
  • Has gathered and incorporated feedback from stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in creating referral pathways
  • Preferred Qualifications:  Has developed crisis response plans and protocols

Design and implement structured initiatives designed to achieve specific objectives, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of various wellbeing and resiliency initiatives. General Collective Qualifications of the Subcommittee Members:

  • Experience in design and implementation initiatives
  • Experience with events such as family reunions, department parties, etc.
  • Able to create modifiable, user friendly templates for activities and events
  • Has gathered and incorporated feedback from stakeholders
