Mindful Movement Program

We are excited to announce that Dr. Güneş Aytaç and Dr. Winona Lee will be offering a mindful movement program starting in March 2026. Feel free to share with your departments and teams.
WHAT: Mindful Movement (introduction to yoga, mindful walking, breathwork, and meditation)
WHEN: Weekly on Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
WHERE: Cancer Center Fitness Center Studio (located to the left after you pass the Makawalu Vortex sculpture)
COST: FREE
FIRST CLASS: Starts March 4th - Join us anytime you can make it

The session will blend yoga foundations, breathwork, and meditation. Whether you are a seasoned mover or just starting to explore your body’s potential, our classes are designed for every-body. We don’t just move; we listen, we learn, and we strengthen the connection between mind and body.
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a friend (you are welcome to come alone as you are your best friend :)
