The UH JABSOM Department of Family Medicine and Community Health presents a special talk by Dr. Robert L. Phillips, Jr., MD, MSPH Roy Tanoue, MD Memorial Visiting Professor. He will be presenting on "From Crisis to Care: State-Led Solutions for Primary Care Transformation."
