The H.O.M.E. Project will be sponsoring two flu shot clinics on
Monday, October 9, 2023 and Thursday, October 12, 2023. The flu shots are FREE to all medical students, $15.00 for all grad students, staff and faculty (no insurance cards required), and $20.00 for the general public.
Register here! We will only be offering the inactivated quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine. If you are 65+ years and in need of a high-dose flu shot, we would recommend that you get your flu shot at another clinic. Non-medical students, please note that depending on your insurance and your physician, you may be eligible for a free vaccine, so you may want to check with your physician first if you do not want to pay the $15.00 fee (actual cost of vaccine/supplies is $22).
Please bring some type of identification with you to verify that you are a JABSOM/Cancer Center/UHP student, faculty, or staff member (Badge will suffice).
Because we want to avoid crowds and long lines, we are going to be scheduling people by appointment this year. Please sign-up for a time frame below and we will do our best to give you an appointment within one of those time frames.
