Brian Copeland

Mr. Brian Copeland is a professional fitness trainer and owner of BFit Lifestyles Training Studio (http://www.b-fitonline.com/). Brian teaches people of all age groups how to reach their fitness goals with a properly performed resistance training program. He truly enjoys helping people feel good about themselves and believes any goal can be reached if the program is effectively based on the clients goals, lifestyle, medical and exercise history, and current level of fitness.

Brian has been involved in fitness his entire life. He was an all-conference running back for Colorado State Rams from 1990-92, took up bodybuilding after college, and has now competed in close to 30 bodybuilding contests. He is the only two-time winner of the state’s biggest show, The Hawaiian Islands, and, in July 2014, he won the overall title at the Tournament of Champions in San Diego.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys reading, drawing, listening to jazz, movies, lifting weights, and exercise in general, and spending time with his new bride.
