Annual Faculty Reports

All compensated faculty should complete an online Annual Faculty Report to submit to their department on an annual basis for the academic year of July 1 – June 30.

The Annual Faculty Report is utilized by departments and the school to help collect data for department, school, university, accreditation and legislative reports and may be used by department chairs to aid in establishing mutual goals of individual faculty efforts to help meet the needs of the department and individual faculty progress towards applying for promotion and/or tenure.
