JABSOM Research Space Request Form

All request for research space should follow the following guidelines before submission of the Request Form.

• Please meet with your chair to discuss your space request. All requests must be approved by the Department Chair.
• Fill out the Research Space Request Form and obtain proper signatures.
• Scan signed form and email to nkfoster@hawaii.edu and meeksj@hawaii.edu.
• Your request will be reviewed. by the Space Committee.
