The Office of the Ombudsman at the John A. Burns School of Medicine provides a neutral, confidential, and independent resource to assist faculty and staff in resolving any work-related conflicts, disputes, or complaints on an informal basis. The Ombudsman may serve as an intermediary, mediator, facilitator, information gatherer, or simply as a listener. It can offer a good first step for faculty and staff looking to voice concerns, evaluate situations, and identify options on how to proceed.
