Our medical school is committed to creating an environment where our faculty can thrive and be successful contributors in the areas of teaching, research, clinical expertise and service. Our aim is to mentor, nurture, recognize, and reward the continued growth of successful clinical and research scholars. Activities are offered for full- and part-time faculty, non-compensated (volunteer) faculty, department chairs, and staff.

The Office of Faculty Affairs offers guidance to faculty members regarding their rights and responsibilities, promotion and tenure preparation, faculty and professional development workshops, orientation sessions, leadership development, mentoring, collaboration and recognition opportunities.

Other offices and departments within JABSOM also provide helpful resources and a wide range of faculty development opportunities to help enhance teaching/educational skills, research/scholarship, leadership and clinical/biomedical skills development.

Please let us know how we can help you. We look forward to working with you!
