MEB Closure during University recognized Holidays
The Kaka'ako Medical Education Building is closed during the University of Hawaii's recognized Holidays (see calendar for details). Please contact BSB Building security at 692-1911 for
any maintenance/facilities issues during these closures. Security will evaluate and contact the appropriate staff
for remediation.

Information Technology (System-wide Outages)
The JABSOM IT Office will have limited skeletal staff during the week of 03/25/2013 - 03/29/2013 and will be closed during the MEB closures. We will respond to any messages when we
return to the office the following business day.

- LOTC Gate Attendant Hours of Operations, 03/23/13-04/01/13:
- Saturday, 03/23/13 - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Sunday, 03/24/13 - Closed
- Monday, 03/25/13 - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Tuesday, 03/26/13 - Closed for holiday
- Wednesday, 03/27/13 - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Thursday, 03/28/13 - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Friday, 03/29/13 - Closed for holiday
- Saturday, 03/30/13 - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Sunday, 03/31/13 - closed
- Monday, 04/01/13 - resume regular gate hours.
The gate to LOTC will be opened at 6:00am on weekdays, except the holidays.
PERMIT ONLY parking is allowed in LOTC between 6:00am-8:00am.
The gate to LOTC will be locked at 10:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays except holidays when the lot is closed.

Due to the HGEA Supplemental Time Off (STO), the JABSOM Human Resources Office will be closed during the upcoming UH Spring Break from March 23, 2013 through March 31, 2013, and will reopen on Monday, April 1, 2013.
