Faculty Policies and Procedures

There are certain reporting requirements that faculty need to submit to adhere to JABSOM and UH policies and procedures.

The Conflict of Interest forms and instruction packet is distributed through Personnel annually around mid-March and are due April 15. The Outside Employment form is required by Personnel as needed. Please see Personnel (Kaka'ako Medical Education Building, 4th Floor) for any questions on these forms.
