Faculty Development Program
Welcome to the JABSOM Faculty Development Program's website for news and updates about important
and useful information related to the professional development of our faculty and staff!
Our Program is committed to creating an environment where our faculty can thrive and be successful
contributors in the areas of teaching, research, and service. Our aim is to mentor, nurture, recognize,
and reward the continued growth of successful clinical and research scholars. The Program is directed
towards full- and part-time faculty, staff and graduate teaching assistants. The Program conducts
workshops and new faculty orientations, provides opportunities for mentoring of junior faculty and
assistance with the promotion and tenure application process, as well as promotes opportunities for
fellowship, grant, research, teaching, and service awards.
