MD Program

The MD Program at the University of Hawaiʻi John A. Burns School of Medicine combines an innovative problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum in the first two years with outstanding, community-based clinical training in the third- and fourth-years. Service learning, research, neighbor-island and international learning opportunities are also offered. The medical education program prides itself on providing high quality education within a diverse and supportive learning environment.
