    Synopsis: Introductory session regarding the use of P-Cards and the responsibilities of cardholders. UH employees interested in obtaining a P-Card must attend prior to card issuance. All employees who will be monitoring/reallocating their department’s P-Cards must attend prior to enabling PVSnet access.
