$973,000 Grant for NCOE to create jobs, advance health careers

H1N1 Vaccine Important for "High Risk" Groups

Medical Student Luke Lam administers vaccine to fellow student Joshua Hvidding Our students are setting an example for people at high risk for H1N1 by giving each other the vaccine. JABSOM's medical students are a priority group for receiving the vaccine because of their ages (early 20's), and their exposure to patients who are immune-impaired while working or volunteering at our affiliated training medical centers and clinics.
